Strengths and Conditioning
Description
SBS Volleyball School Strength and conditioning training program is designed for all athletes newly introduced to the sport of volleyball. We understand that developing skills of volleyball is extremely important for young athletes; however, it’s critical for those athletes to develop the proper strength coordination, power, jump, timing, agility, and flexibility need to reach their higher potential.
Our Strength and conditioning training program mainly emphasize on:
Player Explosive Power
Player Core Stability and foot speed
PLAYER INJURY PREVENTION
Volleyball requires athletes to perform explosive movements, quick directional changes, and sustained endurance. Training is provided from experienced and qualified trainers. Enrollment is now opened, and training session will be provided to no more than 15 students per session. The Training Session is provided once a week, on Saturday and will last 1 hour.
