Intermediate Program

Program Description:

SBS Volleyball School intermediate program is strictly designed for girls and boys ages 10 – 14 with at least 3 years of volleyball experience. The program is the continuity of our beginners training; students should demonstrate basic skills such as serving, setting, blocking, digging, passing, hitting, etc…

Our intermediate program mainly emphasizes on:

• Player rotations and responsibilities
• Team defense and offense
• Team communication
• Overall game strategy

SBS Volleyball School intermediate program will give students the confidence they need day to day, help them to make quick decisions, and improve their concentration.

Cost:

            1 Session $40

            8 Sessions/Week $300

            12 Sessions/Month $440
